Sienna is a Garden Grove luxury home remodel by FGRED — 4-bedroom Japandi-inspired transformation with warm wood paneling and linear fireplace.

Sienna is a full luxury remodel of a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Garden Grove home — and a project that demonstrates what's possible when remodel work is approached as architectural design, not surface refresh. Every space was rebuilt around a single coherent design language: a Japandi-inspired blend of warm woods, soft terracotta accents, black architectural details, and clean modern lines that gives the home a quiet, confident sophistication.

The living room anchors the entire project. We built around a custom linear electric fireplace — long, low, and integrated directly into a warm wood-paneled feature wall that runs floor-to-ceiling. The wall doubles as a media zone, with the television mounted as a deliberate part of the composition rather than an afterthought. Black-framed grid windows on either side frame the fireplace and pull the eye outward, and the wide-plank wood-look flooring carries the warm tones through every adjacent space. It's a room that reads as one continuous design statement rather than a collection of furniture choices.

The black grid windows are the recurring architectural detail throughout. We installed them across multiple rooms — living, dining, and the secondary lounge spaces — and the result is a consistent visual signature that ties the entire home together. Combined with the terracotta-and-cream furniture palette, the home achieves something most remodels miss entirely: a unified aesthetic identity.

The kitchen was rebuilt around full-height warm wood cabinetry — clean flat-panel doors, no hardware visible, integrated paneled appliances where possible — paired with stone countertops and a black slab backsplash detail behind the range. Everything was specified to disappear into the architecture rather than compete with it. The result is a kitchen that feels custom rather than catalog.

All four bedrooms received finish-grade refreshes with the same design vocabulary, and three full bathrooms were rebuilt with designer tile, modern vanities, and clean fixture packages.

Delivered with all City of Garden Grove permits handled in-house and a fully integrated design-build approach. Sienna is one of FGRED's strongest portfolio pieces for clients who want a remodel that reads as architectural — not just renovated.
