Santa Olivia

The Santa Olivia project was a full-home remodel of a Fountain Valley residence. The owners wanted a turnkey transformation — every room finished to the same standard, ready for the next chapter of the home's life without any "we'll get to that later" rooms left behind.

We took the project from permit application through final inspection in-house. The scope covered the kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the main living space, and a complete finish package — all delivered on a coordinated timeline.

The kitchen was rebuilt with a center island, quartz countertops, two-tone cabinetry, and a stainless appliance package. The layout opens directly into the dining and living areas, so the main level reads as one continuous, light-filled space rather than a series of separate rooms.

The four bedrooms were each finished with their own character — some with deep, moody accent walls, others kept light and airy — but tied together by consistent flooring, trim, and lighting choices. Every room reads as intentional, none as an afterthought.

The three bathrooms were finished to a modern standard. Two pair walk-in tile showers with floating vanities and designer fixtures; the third anchors itself with a round designer mirror, custom vanity, and a clean tile package that elevates the room beyond a typical secondary bath.

Wood-look flooring runs throughout the main living areas and bedrooms, and the overall palette is light and neutral — designed to photograph well, age well, and let the architecture speak without competing finishes.
