7th Street

The 7th Street residence was a full-scope luxury remodel in one of Huntington Beach's most desirable coastal neighborhoods. Our client's vision was clear: transform a standard layout into a refined, entertainment-ready home that balances everyday livability with weekend-entertaining energy.

Every room was touched. We opened up the main living area to flow naturally between the chef's kitchen, dining space, and family room, then anchored it with a natural stone feature wall and custom fireplace surround. The kitchen became the centerpiece of the home — a quartz waterfall island with seating for five, a premium appliance package, and designer pendant lighting that reads as both functional and sculptural.

Upstairs, the primary suite was reimagined as a private retreat with a vaulted ceiling, custom built-in wardrobes, and a reading nook by the window. The ensuite bathroom pairs a freestanding soaking tub with a walk-in rainfall shower, dual vanity, and designer tile — a spa-style finish that changes how you start and end the day.

The entertainment room is where the home's personality comes through. We built out a full-size pool table space with a bar area, dark accent walls, and curated art pieces that give the home its signature look. Combined with the outdoor living refresh and multiple secondary bedrooms finished to the same standard, the result is a home that works as hard for a weeknight dinner as it does for a Saturday gathering.
